Tsukuyomi is voiced by Hanazawa Kana. Tsukuyomi is drawn by VOFAN, the illustrator from Monogatari series.
The owl named "Kichi P" is voiced by Shuhei Yoshida (Yoshi P). (Both Kichi and Yoshi are written in the same Kanji in Japanese but pronounced differently.)
Unfortunately, these voices are exclusive to this video, not found in game.
