Gravity Rush zone boss added

Gravity Rush zone boss "Djinn" (Rare/Light) is added today. She can appear everywhere. If you defeat her, she'll be summon-able by normal summon.

When you say "appear everywhere," do you mean a red icon will show up randomly, or how do you encounter her exactly?
